ZYYX Labs is a Sweden-based manufacturer of 3D printers. The company offers a range of industrial machines that use FDM 3D printing technology, including three models, the ZYYX Pro, ZYYX + and ZYYX Pro II. Each machine is designed to provide a reliable, high-quality solution for producing 3D-printed parts. According to the manufacturer, the ZYYX Pro II is designed to be easy to use, robust and quiet.
Features of the ZYYX Pro II
The ZYYX Pro II features a printing plate that can produce parts with a maximum size of 285 x 235 x 210 mm. As for the external dimensions, the 3D printer measures 441 x 465 x 457 mm with a weight of 25.5 kg. ZYYX Labs’ device is compatible with many of the manufacturer’s high-quality filaments, including ProCarbon (carbon fiber-reinforced polyamide), ProNylon or even ProGlass (glass fiber-reinforced polyamide). It should be noted that thermoplastics like PLA, ABS, PETG or ASA from ZYYX Labs are also usable. The filament size is 1.75 mm. As for the printing speed, the 3D printer can produce up to 200 mm/s.
Other features of the ZYYX Pro II are that the device can be used with a nozzle temperature of up to 275°. The 3D printer also has a heating chamber that can be heated up to 75°. It supports STL, X3G, 3MF file types. It also has OfficeSafe Ultra, a filtration system (HEPA and activated carbon) that removes 99.95% of ultra-fine particles and odors, so you can print safely with any material. The 3D printing solution also has OfficeSafe Whisper, another system to make the machine silent (38 dB). Finally, the ZYYX Pro II offers automatic calibration of the printing plate for each individual fabrication. The 3D printer also features an OLED screen with high contrast and good readability. It is compatible with Simplify3D, one of the most popular software on the market.
