Chinese company UnionTech specializes in the development of resin machines for industrial and professional applications. Since its foundation in 2000, it has specialized in the offering of a wide range of solutions that use different vat photopolymerization processes, including stereolithography (SLA), digital light processing (DLP) and liquid crystal display (LCD). Among its various machine series, the RSPro series, which uses stereolithography 3D printing, stands out for offering solutions specifically designed for industrial applications. This series includes the RSPro600, RSPro800 2.0, RSPro1400, RSPro1800 and RSPro2100. Let’s take a look at the features of the RSPro2100 3D printer.

Characteristiscs of the RSPro2100 3D Printer

The RSPro2100 is one of UnionTech’s largest large-format SLA 3D printers. It features an innovative additive manufacturing system with three laser scans, ideal for the industrial production of large, high-quality finished parts, as well as for the creation of mass-produced parts. With a total weight of 2230 kg, dimensions of 2630 × 1945 × 2765 mm and a layer thickness of between 0.1 and 0.25 mm, it is ideal for industrial users and companies. Furthermore, the RSPro1800 is equipped with a dual laser and high-speed digitizing capabilities, enabling it to produce both large prototypes and short production runs.

This printer has the largest print volume in the RSPro series (2100 x 700 x 800 mm). Though like the other offerings in the range, it is known for offering exceptional precision, fine surface finish and the ability to process a wide range of resins with diverse mechanical and aesthetic properties. The printers also features a closed chamber and control screen. Finally, in terms of software and operating platforms, the machine is compatible with the Windows 10 operating system and the company’s proprietary UnionTech™ RSCON control and data preparation software.
