China-based RAYSHAPE is dedicated to the development of resin 3D printers to meet the needs of many industries. Thus, the manufacturer provides comprehensive 3D printing, manufacturing and software development solutions that are easy to use. Its main areas of application include dentistry, mechanical engineering, electronic components, education, and cultural and creative industries, among others. Among its products is the P200 Series, comprising the P200, P200 HD and P200 UHD resin 3D printers. All of them are based on DLP (Digital Light Processing) technology.

Features of the P200 Series

The properties of these three 3D printers are exactly the same. The only difference between them is the maximum printing volume and pixel size:

P200 – Maximum manufacturing volume of 144 x 81 x 190 mm, with a pixel size of 75µm.
P200 HD – Maximum production volume of 96 x 54 x 190 x 190 mm, with a pixel size of 50µm.
P200 UHD – Maximum build volume 62 x 35 x 35 x 150 mm, with a pixel size of 32.5µm.

These 3D printers feature an industrial-grade DLP light engine, with low optical distortion, high projection uniformity and increased stability. It is also equipped with a molding chamber capable of reaching 60°C, and can use advanced and high-viscosity resins. Thus, the performance of 3D printed parts can go directly from functional prototyping to the final component.
