Backing material is quickly removed with a WaterJet and, in most applications, smooth, multi-material parts require no polishing or painting.

The J4100 offers a variety of materials for a variety of applications, including flexible and transparent materials for the most realistic models. Agilus30 material offers hardness ranges from slightly rubbery to soft and pliable, meaning designs can look and feel like the real thing. VeroUltraClear, which mimics clear acrylic and creates high transparency, makes it easy to simulate products with glass or plastic components. Digital ABS Plus: Hard, temperature-resistant material ideal for functional testing and demanding applications.

Size means productivity

The level of production should not be limited by tooling. The J4100 offers extra-large build space, allowing you to create metre-long parts in a single build. For smaller parts, the oversized build tray allows you to print multiple models at once, saving on cost per part.
