Since 2014, the European company 3DGence has been offering versatile, flexible and cost-effective industrial 3D solutions to support and optimize the workflow of professionals working in various industries, including the most demanding ones. To this end, the company also develops high-performance materials, which stand out for their strength, lightness and toughness. Since its inception, 3DGence has offered machines based on FDM technology for a wide variety of industries. This product range includes the 3DGence One, INDUSTRY F420 and, as we will now see, the INDUSTRY F421 printers.

Features of the INDUSTRY F421

With a print volume of 380 x 380 x 420 mm, the F421 3D printer has a print speed of 400 mm/s. The manufacturer claims that the filtration system built into the machine offers high filtration efficiency capable of containing macro-powder, nano-powder (VOC, UFP), solvent vapors, noxious gases and foreign particles. The main advantage of the machine is its ability to handle high performance materials such as PEEK, PEKK or ULTEM. This is made possible by the three different modules and thus the modular printhead system. Designed for industrial applications, the 3D printer features dual extrusion and, according to 3DGence, offers precision, speed and convenience.

Not to mention, the F421 is equipped with a heated printing chamber that can reach up to 180°C and a printing plate that can reach the same temperature. These are critical when it comes to working with both engineering and industrial materials given their much more demanding requirements during printing. In short, this professional 3D printer is suitable for a wide range of applications, from prototyping to the production of end-use or spare parts.
