Already having had years of experience in mechanical engineering, HAGE3D, a company based in Styria, Austria, ventured into the additive market in 2019. Since then, the company has been offering a variety of different serial models and special solutions, which ensure not only high reliability and precision but also constant availability of spare parts and corresponding services. Besides the HAGE3D 140 L, the series of printers also includes models MEX ONE and the HAGE3D 175C. All of these models promise cheaper and faster large-format printing thanks to a granulated printhead, as well as reliable printing processes thanks to in-house process development. In addition to that, the models also allow long-term round-the-clock operation, which is ensured by robust mechanical engineering. The HAGE3D 140L relies on large installation space, a high build rate, and the possibility of integrating the HAGE3D Multi DSD.

Technical features of the HAGE3D 140L

By using ball screws in all axes of the 3D printer as well as closed-loop technology, the HAGE3D 140L ensures high precision and reproducibility in every additive manufacturing process. The build-in space, which can be heated up to 85 degrees, measures 500 x 700 x 400 mm and features LED interior lighting. With a speed of 300 mm/s, the device can print with a layer thickness of 0.05 mm. Thanks to the practical smart stop/start function, printing can be easily stopped at any time. In terms of machine cooling, the HAGE3D 140L has an integrated cooling system that is able to reach up to 4.8 m3/h.
