Harnessing 4K DLP (Digital Light Processing) technology, the G2 3D printer allows for the adjustment of pixel size and resolution to suit the printing requisites. This flexibility enables the creation of sizable objects or intricate, detailed items. The pixel size options include 100 μm, 70 μm, or 40 μm. Notably, the printer’s standout attribute lies in its capacity to queue multiple print jobs consecutively, ensuring uninterrupted production even during overnight periods. Together, the G2 printer and the F2 post-processing unit form a comprehensive system, facilitating clean, rapid, and secure DLP printing. Engineered for industrial applications, the printer offers a voluminous print capacity measuring 384 x 216 x 320 mm. Depending on the material employed, the Genera G2 can achieve printing speeds of up to 3 mm per minute.
GENERA has introduced further automation into the realm of 3D printing with the supplementary A2 system. This A2 automation module establishes a connection between the powerful G2 printer and the F2 post-processing unit, enabling unmanned automated production, including overnight operations.
