The P 396 3D printer is part of the polymer solutions from German manufacturer EOS. EOS is one of the few manufacturers to offer SLS machines that are compatible with high-performance thermoplastics.
The EOS P 396 machine deposits powder at a maximum speed of 0.6 m/s. The lasers are rated at 70 watts, which reduces the cost per part by 30%. It is compatible with 14 materials and offers 26 sets of print parameters to give users more application options.
