Chinese manufacturer Flashforge, founded in 2011, markets 3D printers that offer good value for money. It has developed both FDM and resin 3D printers, with ranges that target different audiences. The Creator 4 3D printer belongs to the Creator series, which also includes the Creator 3 Pro and Creator Pro 2.
Creator 4 3D printer features
The Creator 4 is a high-performance industrial FDM 3D printer. Its main feature is that it has three extrusion options, allowing it to work with flexible filaments (Extruder-F), engineering filaments (Extruder-HT) and carbon fiber reinforced composite filaments (Extruder-HS) respectively. The Creator 4 has two extruders (IDEX system), which can be used separately or simultaneously.
The Creator 4 has a large printing volume of 400 x 350 x 500 mm. It is very precise. and is equipped with an intelligent filament management system compatible with a wide range of filaments, with an extrusion temperature of up to 360°C for the HS-Extruder. The chamber temperature is maintained at 65°C to reduce printing problems. The Creator 4 is compatible with the Flashforge filament drying station. It also features a HEPA 13 air filter, a 7-inch touch screen and an integrated camera that can be controlled remotely, as well as being able to resume printing after a power outage.
