Founded in 2014, Creality needs no introduction. The Chinese company, which develops thermoplastic extrusion 3D printers and resin solutions, became known in particular for its do-it-yourself 3D printers. Today, with more than 30 different solutions on offer, the company caters to a wide range of 3D printing enthusiasts. And among the machines marketed, we find the CR range. Composed only of FDM solutions, it has since its inception met a strong success. Within this series of 3D printers, the CR-10S Pro V2 stands out.

Features of the CR-10S Pro V2

As its name suggests, the machine is an improved version of the CR-10S Pro. With a more resistant and silent motherboard, it has the BL-TOUCH technology which allows to calibrate the heating plate to increase the chances of successful prints. With a printing volume of 300 x 300 x 400mm, the CR-10S Pro V2 is versatile and easy to use. Because of its capabilities, it allows the printing of large and detailed parts. In addition, the 3D printer is able to resume a print in progress. In the event of a power cut, the work will not be lost and it will be possible to continue without having to restart the printing from the beginning.

Equipped with an end-of-filament detector, the CR-10S Pro V2 is able to stop the printing process in case of an empty filament spool. It is then possible to replace the spool and then resume printing. The 3D printer is also able to heat up its build tray in a matter of minutes, in just 5 minutes to reach 100 degrees to be precise. Finally, the device incorporates a V2.4.1 motherboard, which provides the printer with excellent performance such as stability and reliability.
