Chinese Manufacturer Anycubic is known for producing a wide range of 3D printers, including FDM and photopolymer technologies used in a variety of industries and applications, including the Photon Mono M5s discussed here. The company has become known worldwide as an established researcher, vendor, service provider, and developer of 3D printers since its founding in 2015 in Shenzen. The company has proven its success through its expansion into markets around the world, used by 3D printing hobbyists and industry professionals alike, and is now one of the most popular 3D printer brands on the market.

Features of the Photon Mono M5s

The Photon Mono M5s is a desktop, resin-based MSLA 3D printer in the company’s Mono line of resin 3D printers. Following the same line as its sister printer the Photon Mono M5, the M5s also boasts ultra-high 12k resolution and precision with a monochrome 10.1-inch LCD screen. In addition to the standard Photon line kit of replaceable anti-scratch film for the LCD screen, and a laser-engraved aluminum build plate, the Mono M5s features a series of upgrades and additions that put it even higher than the M5.

Among these features are the leveling-free automatic mechanical sensor, auto-device checker, auto resin sensor, and most impressive of all, a supercharged, 3x faster print speed capable of reaching 105mm/h. The printer is available for sale as a single unit, or in combination with Anycubic’s AirPure and washing and curing stations for a total ranging from $579 to $1,200.
